Bo Holse
Bo Holse primarily focuses on various transactions in the financial sector and on regulatory issues relating to banks. Since 1997, Bo has worked with M&A, company law and commercial contracts. As a result of his background from the Aarhus School of Business, he takes a distinctly commercial approach to his cases. Since 2008, Bo has assisted in more than 30 transactions, including mergers, public issues, takeover bids and IPOs in the financial sector.
