Sabine Brandhøj Overgaard assists Danish and international clients within all aspects of employment law. Among other things, she drafts employment contracts, terminations and severance agreements for individual or multiple employees and provides assistance with employment law issues in connection with M&A transactions. She also advises on issues relating to maternity, anti-discrimination, sickness, dismissal, bonus schemes and non-competition and non-solicitation clauses as well as legal proceedings.
