Emily advises on a broad range of corporate law and capital market matters and is regularly involved in capital markets transactions and M&A transactions both in Europe and in the United States. Prior to joining Gorrissen Federspiel, she spent more than five years practicing as an attorney in New York at Hughes Hubbard & Reed and London at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Emily has considerable experience advising both issuers and underwriters, including on matters relating to high yield bond issuances and capital restructurings.
