Christian Halskov Sauer

Christian Halskov Sauer is partner in Gorrissen Federspiel's Energy & Infrastructure group and has assisted Danish and international actors in the energy sector for more than 15 years. Christian has been an adviser on renewable projects in more than 30 countries, which has given him significant industry knowledge. Christian has considerable insight into and experience in advising on project development both in Denmark and internationally with focus on onshore and offshore wind, solar energy projects, biogas and power-to-x. Moreover, Christian has globally advised and negotiated FIDIC-based EPC contracts and OMS contracts for renewable projects. As a significant element in connection with renewable projects, Christian advises on different PPA structures and offtake contracts on power-to-x projects. Christian is part of Gorrissen Federspiel's Corporate / M&A practice group and his primary focus is on providing advice in connection with purchase and sale of companies and investments and financing within energy and infrastructure. · Gorrissen Federspiel
