Michael practises in the fields of corporate and contract law, primarily focusing on domestic and international mergers & acquisitions and capital market transactions. Michael has extensive practical experience and expertise in advising on all aspects of corporate sales processes as well as public tender offers, private placements and corporate re-organisation transactions.In addition, Michael has extensive experience in advising Danish businesses and funds- on trust law and related issues.
