She specialises in mergers and acquisitions — including private equity investments, joint ventures, de-SPAC mergers and restructurings — focuses on the financial sector, has had a leading role in more than 50 transactions, and is recognised by Legal 500 as a Next Generation Partner in Private Equity; she chairs the Legal & Regulatory Committee of the Dutch Association for Private Equity and Venture Capital (NVP) and sits on the European Regional Forum Committee of the International Bar Association.
