Partner at Houthoff with more than 32 years' experience as a senior corporate/M&A lawyer, acting as lead counsel in complex cross-border and domestic mergers, acquisitions and equity capital markets transactions, including public company deals and transactions involving regulated businesses. He joined Houthoff in 2004 after ten years with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and regularly advises on corporate governance, joint ventures, securities regulatory compliance and cross-border matters; he also leads teams working with government and large industry/energy clients on projects to reduce CO2 emissions.
