Laura van Gardingen is Partner (Supreme Court Litigation) at Houthoff, specialising in Supreme Court litigation and civil procedural law with over a decade of experience in Supreme Court practice. Her involvement spans many high-end cases before the Supreme Court across contract, financial, company, liability, insurance, arbitration, aviation and EU law and sanctions; she is co-author of the upcoming second edition of a leading textbook on Supreme Court litigation and a member of the Dutch Association of Civil Cassation Litigators and the Dutch Association for Procedural Law.
