He advises approved housing bodies, local authorities, developers, investors, public bodies, landlords, tenants, financial institutions, and insolvency practitioners on all aspects of housing and commercial property. As a key member of the award-winning Housing Team, he has vast experience advising on the acquisition, development, and management of housing (with a particular speciality for social and affordable housing). Conor also has strong specialist knowledge in the acquisition, development, disposal, leasing, and licensing of various types of property including mixed commercial and residential developments, shopping centres, retail parks and office developments.
