Colm is a partner in Beauchamps' Commercial Property department. Colm has broad commercial property experience, advising on the acquisition, development, sale and leasing of commercial, retail and industrial property – including hotels, shopping centre units, retail parks and office developments – as well as on landlord and tenant law issues and negotiating commercial leases. Colm has extensive experience in the area of enforcement and insolvency related property matters and works with receivers, financial institutions and other service providers in relation to the management and disposal of large property portfolios and his team is the market leader in this area.
