He has specialist experience in advising on the enforcement of security over property assets including the appointment of fixed asset receivers, sale of distressed property, general real estate loan portfolio management and title/security remediation. As a qualified Chartered Tax Advisor, Domhnaill also has extensive experience advising some of Ireland’s leading property developers and investors in relation to the tax efficient acquisition, management, and disposal of real estate assets.
