
Aleksander Bergby Henriksen
Aleksander Bergby Henriksen has expertise in contract law and public procurement, as well as litigation. Aleksander assists advisers, builders and contractors in relation to building and construction projects in legal advisement and dispute resolution. His experience encompasses all phases of building and construction projects, such as planning and implementation of a project and managing disputes in connection with the completion of the project. Within public procurement, Aleksander assists both clients and suppliers during the procurement process and with disputes that may arise. His experience in advisement during the procurement process is related to the planning phase, the pre-qualification phase, the offer phase, in negotiations and in the appeals process. In addition, he has experience with trial assignments both for KOFA and for the ordinary courts. Aleksander’s specialized experience is from his involvement in several different types of procurement processes, including goods and service contracts, building and construction contracts, as well as concession contracts.
