After graduating with an LLB honours degree from The University of Kent at Canterbury, following a year reading European Law at The University of Copenhagen, Ian completed the Legal Practice Course in 2006 at the College of Law, Guildford. Ian specialises in property law and has particular expertise in landlord and tenant issues having experience in forfeiture proceedings, rent reviews, arbitrations and commercial leasehold renewals. Ian also represents developers and major landlords, dealing with a variety of commercial transactions and related financing.
