Associate Partner Pavlos Mundis is a member of the firm’s litigation department with considerable experience in banking and financing law, including company and banking litigation. He advises on corporate capacity and authority, perfection and enforcement of securities, regulatory compliance, and has been heavily involved in international business, project finance, syndicated lending and property law; prior to joining the firm he worked seven years in the Legal Department of the largest bank in Cyprus.
