Frank Judo is a Partner in the Regulatory Practice Group at Liedekerke, advising companies and individuals on public law matters—particularly economic administrative and constitutional law—and handling both advisory work and litigation before the Constitutional Court and the Council of State. He has extensive procurement-law experience, has published and lectured widely, served on the High Council of Justice (2013–2020), is currently Bâtonnier of the Dutch Brussels Bar, and holds a law degree from KU Leuven (1998).
