Partner in Liedekerke's Real Estate practice, Laurent Pyls is a transactional lawyer focused on commercial real estate matters including single-asset and portfolio transactions, asset and share deals, construction and real estate development projects, sale-and-leaseback operations, and leasing on both landlord and tenant sides. He advises national and international clients such as REITs, real estate developers and family offices, has experience domestically and internationally, and oversees the firm's activities in the Central African Region in cooperation with the Kigali (Rwanda) and Kinshasa (DRC) offices.
