In equity capital markets, Janus has advised on some of the largest equity capital market transactions in the Danish market. He also has vast experience in capital markets law compliance, including the Market Abuse Regulation, transparency-related matters, prospectus law, and Nasdaq Copenhagen rules. His expertise and deep business understanding make him a highly sought-after advisor in the Danish market. Janus holds a Master’s degree in law from the University of Copenhagen and an LL.M. from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK).
