Tina Kang

Plesner · Tina is a partner in Plesner's Corporate Finance team. She has been involved in numerous M&A transactions (sell-side, buy-side, and minority investments) within various industries. Tina advises clients on Danish and international M&A transactions, including corporate law matters, and has worked for a broad range of private equity funds (both national and international), corporate enterprises, family offices, and founder owners. Tina has extensive experience providing legal advice in connection with all aspects of M&A transactions. She also has extensive experience with complex cross-border transactions and primarily focuses her work on M&A transactions with cross-border and international elements. Tina holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Aarhus. All M&A transactions require a multi-disciplinary team approach and project leadership. Clients frequently seek out Tina and her team because of their capacity to offer commercially valuable advice with distinct priorities, succinct communication and recommendations, and a deep commercial understanding of the client's needs.
