
Simon Krogh
Simon is head of Plesner’s Private Investment Funds team. He primarily devotes his time and attention to fund formation, GP advisory and investor and market intelligence. Simon holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Copenhagen, and an LL.M. from King's College London, School of Law. Simon has been a visiting research fellow at Columbia Law School. Simon is currently a member of Plesner's Board of Directors. Due to the complex nature of private capital investment structures we almost always provide solutions to client needs in close collaboration with other Plesner teams, in particular Tax, Corporate Law, Banking and Finance, and Employment and Labour Law. Plesner's Private Investment Funds team is the largest and most active private funds practice in the Nordics. We assist fund managers with legal and strategic aspects related to designing, structuring, fundraising, and operating private capital strategies, and assists investors in assessing the legal risks associated with investing in private funds. The practice areas include fund formation, GP advisory, LP advisory, regulatory solutions, and investor and market intelligence.
