He provides guidance on debt structuring, senior and mezzanine facilities, Danish mortgage credit facilities, intercreditor agreements, security agreements, bond documentation, and receivables purchase agreements. He has for the past over 15 years advised a broad range of major Danish and international lenders (including banks, debt funds, and pension funds), private equity funds, and industrial clients on financing and strategic transactions, both national and cross-border.
