Toke has a Master’s degree in Law from both New York University School of Law and the University of Southern Denmark. He is a dual-qualified lawyer, admitted to practice in both Denmark and New York. Toke has also held the position of external lecturer at the University of Southern Denmark and has been honored with the "Lecturer of the Year" award twice.
