Lasse is a partner in our Real Estate team with particular focus on and expertise within real estate transactions, development projects and the hospitality sector. Lasse has in-depth experience of all aspects of real estate transactions, development projects and matters relating to the hospitality sector. Lasse’s experience includes real estate transactions in various structures including M&A real estate, asset deals, forward funding/forward purchase structures, joint ventures etc., and through the years Lasse has advised large Danish and international clients such as pension funds, private equity funds and real estate companies in numerous transactions and through various transaction structures. Lasse has also advised on significant development projects including greenfield development of new urban areas and conversion and additional development of existing areas. The hospitality sector has also been a big part of Lasse’s work, and Lasse has acted as advisor to Danish and international hospitality clients both in connection with acquisition of hospitality assets in Denmark and negotiation of lease agreements within the hospitality sector. Lasse has a Master’s degree in law from University of Aarhus and Universitá di Pavia. Lasse is admitted to the High Court of Denmark. The Real Estate team is grouped together with our Construction team, Energy and Infrastructure team, Public Law team, Environmental Law and Planning Law team, ESG team, and Social Housing team, which enables us to jointly provide highly specialised and full circle advice on all matters within the built environment. · Plesner
