
Mikkel Vittrup
Mikkel is a partner in Plesner's IP and Life Science team. He provides advice on intellectual property, with a particular emphasis on the enforcement of patent rights and SPCs in legal proceedings before both Danish courts and the Unified Patent Court. In addition, Mikkel is the head of Plesner's Life Science Regulatory team, which advises on all regulatory issues regarding medicinal products, medical devices, foods, etc. Mikkel also advises on IP and life science agreements, such as licence agreements, research and development agreements, clinical trial agreements, and so on. Mikkel holds a master’s degree in law from both the University of Copenhagen and King's College London. He holds admission to the Danish Supreme Court and serves as a representative before the Unified Patent Court. In addition, Mikkel has published a wide range of articles and books on IP and life science issues.
