Partner in Loyens & Loeff's Luxembourg office and a member of the Tax and Investment Management practice groups, Pierre-Antoine Klethi focuses on fund and deal structuring, corporate tax advice and jointly leads the Luxembourg Tax Controversy Team. He advises private equity and private debt fund managers on fund and investment platform structures, assists multinational groups with EU and Luxembourg tax matters, represents taxpayers in pre-litigation discussions and before the courts, and is a member of the IFA and various industry bodies including AmCham, UEL and ALFI, as well as the editorial board of the Revue Générale de Fiscalité Luxembourgeoise.
