Partner in Loyens & Loeff's Luxembourg office who heads the corporate M&A department and specialises in corporate M&A with a particular focus on private equity. She has more than 20 years' experience advising on private equity and corporate law matters, joined the Luxembourg office in January 2018, is a former elected member of the Conseil de l’Ordre du Barreau de Luxembourg and co-leads the corporate committee of the LPEA.
