About

Marc Meyers heads the investment management team in Loyens & Loeff's Luxembourg office and has over 20 years' experience advising on structuring and regulatory work for Luxembourg alternative investment fund structures, with a focus on private equity, real estate/infrastructure and debt funds. He assists private market clients with regulatory authorisations and the launch of retail alternative investment funds (including Part II UCIs and ELTIFs), previously established the Luxembourg legal practice of another Benelux firm, worked at a leading US law firm in New York and London, lectures on Luxembourg investment fund law at the University of Lorraine and participates in technical working groups with ALFI and InvestEurope.
