Max Oosterhuis is an attorney at law and Of Counsel in the Energy and Infrastructure practice group at Loyens & Loeff in the Netherlands. He specialises in EU and national energy law and energy regulation, advising national and international energy, oil, gas and power companies and public authorities on transactions, project development and joint ventures across upstream, midstream and downstream sectors; he is also a lecturer, an adviser to the board of the Dutch Energy Law Association (NeVER) and a member of the IBA and TEA.
