Partner in Loyens & Loeff's Amsterdam office, a member of the Corporate practice group and the Capital Markets team who focuses on Dutch corporate law and related notarial law and advises multinationals, listed companies and investors on IPOs, (cross-border) M&A and private equity transactions. He previously worked in the firm's London office (2015–2017) and was subsequently seconded to a U.S. law firm.
