Partner at Dimitrov, Petrov & Co, he leads the firm’s Banking & Finance and TMT teams and advises multinational clients on regulatory, technology and payment-related matters including privacy, data protection and cybersecurity. He co-authored much of Bulgaria’s electronic communications regulatory framework and has advised on major projects such as the deployment of a subsea fibre-optic cable and significant banking/payment-system matters.
