Tanya Meedom is a Partner (equity) at Mazanti-Andersen in Denmark, specialising in the protection and enforcement of companies' intellectual property rights, including trademark, design and copyright, as well as IT and marketing law. She has extensive experience with digital marketing matters (including domain name infringements and enforcement against illegitimate use on the internet, social media and apps), drafting and advising on commercial agreements (licence, royalty, distribution and agent agreements), and has many years' experience lecturing in IP and marketing law at the University of Copenhagen and Copenhagen Business School.
