Michael Byrne is a partner in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. Michael advises on public law, regulatory and administrative law disputes, as well as more general commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on financial services litigation, defamation and product liability litigation. Michael has written articles published in the national press and has contributed to publications, including the Practical Law Company Dispute Resolution Multi-Jurisdictional Guide and the International Comparative Guide to Product Liability.
