
Joe Duffy
Joe is a partner in the Tax Department at Matheson. Joe has extensive experience in corporate tax law and advises on international restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, tax controversy and transfer pricing. Joe speaks regularly on international tax matters in Ireland and abroad. He has also written on international tax matters, transfer pricing and tax controversy for publishers including IBFD, Kluwer, Thompson Reuters. Joe is the Ireland editor of the Bloomberg Double Tax Treaty Series. Joe has been an active participant in the American Chamber of Commerce tax working group for many years. Joe is a qualified solicitor, chartered accountant and tax advisor in Ireland and has qualified as an attorney in New York.
