Ruadhán Kenny
Ruadhán is a partner in Matheson's Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. He advises on a broad range of commercial disputes, specialising in planning and environmental, real estate, construction and administrative matters. He also represents clients in regulatory investigations and the defence of criminal proceedings, as well as advising on transactional matters (including due diligence and transaction document negotiation).
