Mary Liz is a partner in Matheson’s Energy, Infrastructure and Construction Group. She has over 15 years experience acting for stakeholders in resolving challenges and mitigating risks through the full life cycle of construction projects. Mary Liz acts on complex transactional matters across sectors including office and commercial development, residential, industrial, retail and leisure. She is also known for her advice on claims management and dispute resolution with experience in all forums of dispute resolution including negotiation, adjudication, conciliation, mediation, multi-party high court proceedings and arbitration.
