William Prentice
William Prentice is a member of the Finance and Capital Markets Department at Matheson. He advises on banking and structured international finance transactions. William acts for many of the world's leading banks, financial institutions and other financial services companies carrying on business in Ireland. Many of his clients have established activities in the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) in Dublin. William also provides legal advice for corporate borrowers and special purpose companies established at the IFSC. William is a member of the firm's Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency Law Group and frequently advises on financing aspects of domestic and cross-border restructuring transactions.
