Kathryn provides specialist advice in connection with all aspects of litigation with a particular focus on corporate restructuring and insolvency law. Kathryn has extensive experience in advising financial institutions, creditor groups, receivers, examiners and companies on contentious and non-contentious corporate restructuring and insolvency matters.
