Lianne Barnhoorn
Lianne Barnhoorn has been with Pels Rijcken since 2014 and specialises in planning and environmental law. Energy transition is the central theme in her practice. Lianne daily makes an effort to contribute to the development of large wind farms and solar parks. She is unrivalled when it comes to translating technology into legal reality and complex, technical projects are frequently entrusted to her. This means she is of great added value in cases concerning zoned industrial sites, noise subdivision, higher value proceedings and complicated integrated environmental permits.
