
Jordy de Meij
Jordy de Meij joined Pels Rijcken in 2023. He concentrates his practice on private equity transactions, national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as general contract and corporate law matters, including corporate governance and financing. Jordy also regularly advises the Dutch government on state-owned enterprises. Prior to joining Pels Rijcken, Jordy worked as corporate lawyer for international law firms in Amsterdam, Dubai, and Southeast Asia. Jordy completed degrees in European and International Business Law (LL.M.) at the University of Vienna, and Criminal Law (LL.M.) at the University of Amsterdam, where he also read Philosophy (BA). · Pels Rijcken
