Menno Stoffer advises public and private parties on financings (in the broadest sense of the word), (international) mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public-private partnerships, energy and infrastructure projects and restructurings. Menno has worked as a lawyer both in London and New York and has more than 30 years experience in assisting clients in (international) transactions. In 2023, he made the move from De Brauw to Pels Rijcken. Menno studied Civil Law and Tax Law at the University of Leiden. Menno is the author of several legal publications.
