Senior Counsel at Prager Dreifuss AG advising clients on national and international economic law, with particular focus on competition law, international trade, international investment law and Swiss and European single market regulations. He is a former Swiss Ambassador for foreign economic relations who led numerous bilateral and multilateral negotiations, helped draft key federal economic statutes (including the Cartel Act and the Internal Market Act), served twelve years on the Swiss Competition Commission and lectures on European and International Economic Law at the University of Zurich.
