Rasmus Holm Hansen is Partner and head of Poul Schmith’s Construction department with more than 20 years' experience advising on tendering, contracts, procurement and complex litigation in the infrastructure and construction sector. He has been involved in large PPP, construction and infrastructure projects in Denmark, including acting as legal adviser to the owner on the two largest PPP contracts ever concluded in Denmark.
