Partner and attorney at Poul Schmith advising Danish and international clients on financial regulation, funding and the green transition, drawing on long-standing experience as a general counsel in the financial sector and the IT industry. He is co-author of Danish textbooks on sustainability and climate law and is a guest teacher in banking law, financial regulation and sustainability law at the University of Copenhagen.
