Partner Markku Tuominen is Head of Roschier’s Brand Protection practice. He has worked in the IP field since 1999, and has extensive experience in developing strategies to protect and defend clients’ intellectual property. He also has extensive experience in matters relating to trademarks, trade and domain names, design rights, copyrights and marketing law from IP prosecution to IP enforcement. Markku’s practice also focuses on IP litigation, disputes, valuation and portfolio management. He is an authorized trademark attorney in Finland.
