Philippe Borens is a Partner in Schellenberg Wittmer’s Zurich office where he heads the Banking and Finance Group. CHF 1.75 billion, in view of the partial financing of the acquisition of German company Osram Licht AG, with the new shares listed and admitted to trading on SIX Swiss Exchange Swiss counsel to PIERER Mobility AG, a leading manufacturer of powered two-wheelers, in connection with the listing and admission to trading of newly issued shares in the amount of EUR 895 million on SIX Swiss Exchange in 2021, including the prospectus approval procedure by way of an automated prospectus recognition for foreign prospectuses.
