Sarah Haugvad Andresen

Lawyer. Sarah Haugvad Andresen is a part of Arntzen Grette’s litigation and dispute resolution team. She also assists clients with matters related to Environment, Social and Governance (ESG). Due to her broad expertise within these areas, she makes valuable contributions to complex and multidisciplinary projects. She assists Norwegian and foreign clients with various forms of dispute resolution, including litigation, negotiations and general business law counselling. She possesses broad expertise within contract law, law of damages and company law, and has been involved in multiple due diligence processes, investigations related to financial regulatory compliance requirements, and extensive contractual and tortious matters. Additionally, Sarah has in-depth knowledge of matters related to sustainability (ESG), particularly within compliance and reporting obligations. She frequently assists both Norwegian enterprises and multinational corporations with implementation of regulations relating to transparency in supply chains (i.a. the Norwegian Transparency Act and the proposed EU Directive on Corporate Sustainability), i.a. preparing guidelines and internal plans related to ESG, due diligence processes, adjustment of supplier contracts and reporting obligations.
