He has been project manager for several of the larger transactions in which Arntzen Grette has been engaged as legal advisor. He is ranked as a leading transaction lawyer by rating agencies such as Chambers and Partners and Legal 500. He has extensive experience of assisting with acquisitions in a number of business sectors, such as energy, technology, fisheries, aquaculture and tourism, as well as the service sector. Dagslet has in-depth knowledge of decision-making processes and structures in major enterprises or business groups. This insight, combined with a firm understanding of the commercial drivers, makes him a strong and inclusive project manager, who is keen to find the short-term and long-term solutions that add value to the transaction.
