Borgerud primarily provides legal assistance to several of the major Norwegian companies regarding different labour and pension related issues. She also assists employers and employees with general advice, reports, negotiations and litigation in connection with dismissals, restructurings, separations and transfer of undertakings, equality, harassment etc. As chairperson of the Working Environment Act Committee, she took part in forming the basis for the current Working Environment and Worker’s Protection Act.
