Ljones has many years’ experience of assisting Norwegian and international clients in both the public and private sectors with a range of issues in the fields of technology, privacy/data protection and employment law. Ljones’ combination of expertise in employment law and privacy/data protection makes her particularly well equipped to understand the links between and importance of the various legislative provisions. She has extensive experience of framing and adjusting contracts and other necessary documentation to employment and data protection regulations. She is also experienced in assessing the roles of data controller and data processor, and making commercial adjustments in this respect.
