Senior Associate. Nedberg assists Norwegian and foreign clients with various forms of dispute resolution, including litigation, negotiations and general business law counselling. He possesses broad expertise within contract law, law of damages and insurance law, and has been involved in several extensive and complex disputes before the courts. Nedberg has inter alia represented the claimant in a major directors’ and officers’ liability dispute complex against a now-defunct company group’s former board members and their insurers. Within insurance, Nedberg’s assistance includes assessment of cover and handling of disputes regarding D&O insurance.
