Customers include banks, credit institutions, insurance companies, investment companies andalternative investment fund (AIF) managers. Rosén has in-depth knowledge of financial compliance issues, company law and debt collection law. He is frequently asked to issue legal opinions and perform assessments in these areas. He also has experience as an arbitrator.
